    Been going there for several years. They started having a high turnover and you'd wait forever on hold when you called,then they were bought out by another service. The new service routes calls to a call center, but they do now have labs on site. The downside? They did away with having any evening appointments. Last appointment is at 4. I live in HarCo and work in Anne Arundel. Heaven forbid you ask staff to work an evening 1 or 2 nights a week. Oh the horror. Well, I am not missing work for an appointment because the practice is too lazy and unwilling to accommodate those of us that work. The appointment in September will be my last.

    I had been going to MHG for years, until they started having a high turnover rate with their physicians and things started to go downhill. I shuffled around for a while trying to find a new practice that actually cares about you, but apparently that's a rarity nowadays. Deciding to give MHG another chance, I called... and reached an outside call center. Ick. Ultimately I was unsuccessful in trying to make an appointment, because they "don't accept my insurance" -- which is funny, because another call on a different day, and a different representative claimed that they do indeed take my insurance. Here's my take on call centers: if you aren't physically in the office and aware of all that's going on, I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU. Upon reading recent reviews, it seems that there's no doctor nor PA currently who listens to you anyhow. Needless to say, I won't be calling again.

    My family has been going here for 11 years. They were recently bought out by another medical company or merged with one. They never notified me of the change! When I called to make my three month appointment, I got a call service and I was told of the change and was told they no longer accept my insurance! Nothing like cutting off your patients with no warning! My daughter ended up going to an Urgent Care facillity because they wouldn't see her when she called. And, she was sick! Shame on Medical Health Group!

    Had an appointment that was made months ago, got there and was told that they didn't have it in their system since they merged with another healthcare company and could not be seen because they were already booked for the day. If this had been in my office, we would have apologized for the mistake of not being diligent in who we had on the books before the merger and got you in anyway (I work at a different healthcare profession). I have been going her for over 20 years and I agree with the recent majority that this place is going downhill fast. I have scheduled one last appointment with them ONLY because I need some meds refilled and have already scheduled a future appointment with another provider. So very disappointed.

    Since the merger with Medical Health Group & Dr's 1st, this place has gone down. I've been a patient with Dr A for 31 yrs. Sadly, Dr A passed away as he was the heart of this practice! I'd rather a vet before I ever go back here. Keep there paws off of you! Others I know have already gone to seek smarter, reliable etc physicians. I'm still waiting on bloodwork results that I've asked for 3 times now since April 10th 2023. This is a JOKE! May Dr A rest in peace as they are belittling his life's work!!!
