I do not recommend this business. They are more concerned with money than ensuring their customers are satisfied. In the words of Mrs. Delmar Sosa, "we are not here to satisfy you." Well, little miss, I hate to break it to you - you are most definitely here to satisfy your clients if you care about retaining a solid client base. I gave grace many times, whether it was breaking my glass top or telling me the wrong size shower door to purchase. They cut corners and found every excuse they could to justify why they couldn't correct something to standard and excused me of being unreasonable and taking advantage of them. Why? All because I asked for a few things to be corrected before the final payment. The nerve. The wife is unable to control her emotions,  lacks professionalism and conflict resolution skills. She controls her husband, and he is unable to make decisions for himself. Poor thing. The decision she made for him not to fix the uneven grout lines in my shower will come back tenfold, and it will not work in their favor. I have a huge network in MD, and I will never recommend them to anyone based on my experience. You pissed off the wrong person. Watch your mouth, do quality work, and retain your clients. Let that be a lesson learned. The work was okay so I'll give 2 stars because I'm kind. This is only the beginning. Good luck! I hope you are ready for the ride.

Delmar has done many projects for me over the 4 years that I have known him, including, interior and exterior painting, stonework, remodeling two bathrooms, tiling, landscape lighting installation, installing new basement flooring and roof work. He is professional, responsive, does great quality work and he is always willing to come back and fix things as necessary, usually at no additional charge. His prices are very reasonable and he is completely trustworthyI now just leave a key for him when I am not home. He is my go to contractor and I feel very fortunate to have found him. I want to thank Delmar and his team for my wonderful bathroom! It is my special spa! He was very responsible and follow the strict protocol I asked because of covid. I really liked that he asked a lot of questions at the beginning of how I wanted things, measurement of shelves, or the opening in the shower door, all to make it custom made for me and my needs. I am already talking to him about my next project, my kitchen, I have seen his wonderful work and before starting I also asked for references. I highly recommend him, he is flexible, reliable and decent prices.

EDIT 2: Ive filed a complaint with Montgomery county, and will do the same with PG county too. So youll be hearing from them Delmar. At the very least, you need to fix the dimmer and drywall in the ceiling. Those are your mistakes. EDIT: Since the owner responded, and then decided to delete his response. So here is my response to you: it's not that an additional $200 to finish the job is that much. It's that you decided to HID the cost to finish the job as part of something else. Nobody likes surprises. If you were upfront, and said it cost this much, I would have been fine with it. Here is some advice: BE UP FRONT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. Don't hide the cost under another line item and surprise them later. You actually thought I would give you more business after you left a few holes in the wall not finishing the job? If I could give 0 stars, I would. This guy is a scam artist, and hopefully this review helps someone avoid what I went through. I had gotten estimate from this guy for installing some recessed lights, fixing few cracks, painting, and building a deck. He came and saw the place, and said he would email the estimates. So far, so good right? But there were many warning signs after this. He never sent the estimate, even 3 days after seeing the place. I had to remind him, and finally he sent it the next day (first warning sign). After he sent the estimates, I decided to hire him just do the recessed lights (labor only). He was so late to respond back that I thought he just didn't want the job (second warning sign). Fast forward to the day he was supposed to come; he shows up an hour late, and wasn't even proactive to let me know that he was going to be late. I was the one that had to text him to see if he was still coming (third warning sign). Finally, once he was done with the job, this is how he left the job (see images). As part of the job, he was supposed to patch the drywalls too after he was done running the wires. He was supposed to come back two days later to finish the job, but then he says that he wanted more money to do the drywall patching. He said that the drywall patching was under the painting estimation which had a line item "fix cracks". This was NOT crack, this was something he had to do as part of wiring the recessed lights. These "cracks" were not there when he gave the estimation. Two days later, he doesn't show up, ignores texts, and doesn't answer his phone. Oh, and also the dimmer flickers. Of course he's no longer going to come to fix it. Be aware. Service: Skylight installation
