Nazarian Brothers has cleaned 4 different oriental rugs for me. They have done a fabulous job each time and have never been anything other than most gracious. I have more rugs to go and am grateful to be able to rely on their services.

I had a very bad experience w their rug cleaning service- I paid $800 to have three rugs cleaned but one of my rugs was not returned and a cheap quality rug was substituted- not even the same size. When I asked them to look they insisted that I must be wrong and sent me on a wild goose chase to talk w their plant drivers and two different insurance claim agents- making no effort to intervene on my behalf, or even to apologize or compensate me- not even to reimburse me for the cleaning of a rug I never got back. I won’t trust them again.
