I had water damage from a burst pipe. Ellis and his crew came out the next day and immediately got to work with removing the water and pulling out the damaged drywall to my ceilings. They had to leave fans and dehumidifiers for a couple days and sprayed to prevent mold. The entire service was great and efficient from beginning to end. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again if I ever have any issues like this in the future.

The best around!!  Had an issue with my Heating and they came right out to the house. Highly professional service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of emergency services or just routine maintenance.

The owner of this establishment is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a request done through American Home Shield for my AC repair. I have been using AHS for 7 years and never had an issue dealing with any contractors. This particular request was going to be serviced by Metropolitan Site and Safety equipment and the owner was expecting me to call in to schedule. It's always been the company that calls first. We even called him and he said he would provide a date and we kept waiting and we still did not get a call back. So, call back yet again and he was not committing to a date. I personally would never do business with this establishment. I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

This company has the worst customer service. My home warranty company processed my request Metropolitan Site & Safety Equipment never reached out to me to schedule and appointment. When I called they said they would call me back as he was in the field and didn't have the schedule in front of him. I never heard from him when I called him back he said they would be out Monday I took off Monday to be home. Monday evening after not hearing anything I reached out again he said Tuesday because he didn't realize Mondays schedule was already filled when he returned to the office. He said the protocol was they would call to let me know the time frame on Tuesday. Tuesday at 2 pm EST I hadn't heard from him I reached out again and he stated they were on their way to my home and "I better be there before they get there" I explained that was not what was discussed and he sent me a text stating they would reschedule or send my ticket to another vendor. This is not the way companies should do business. Luckily I was able to get someone out the same day he canceled and everything was fixed. Please don't waste your hard earned money this company has no customer service and I would never deal with them again. I will be reporting this to my home warranty company as well as pushing to get them removed from the contractors they use.

Recently I received HVAC services from Metropolitan and they provided me Top Notch, professional timely service. I was without heating and they immediately replaced my unit and a great job, I highly recommended Metropolitan for professional HVAC service!
