This is my first google review. I felt the need to leave one for this company. Ricky was very helpful. He explained everything in depth and I felt he went above and beyond what I expected from an inspector. Not only did he perform well, but he also had several contractors to provide to me which he either used or inspected their work personally. Great job Ricky. Keep doing what your doing.

Ricky is awesome! He helped me with my pre listing appointment and coached me on items to fix prior to selling. Very professional, and enthusiastic about his work.

Twin cedar property inspection is a very knowledgeable and professionalism at what they do. They go through every little thing and explain every little detail with you. I highly recommend them

If it was possible to give minus stars I would. This is the worst property inspector I have ever seen. My agent used this guy on our house and I am now up to around 10,000 in repairs fixing stuff the inspector missed including rotten boards on the back of the house missing traps under the sink in the kitchen rotten sections of the roof and improperly installed plumbing. Please save yourself the money and the heartache don't use this guy.

Richard was extremely professional and thorough. He was very transparent and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend Twin Cedar to anyone in need of a home inspection.
