    With company employees lying to us they call back etc finally received a wheelchair that weighs 100 lbs we Can't lift... I asked for a manger they took my information never got a call back.. Shame on this company for taking advantage of someone disabled it against the law to be fraudulent. There are lighter wheel chairs... They could of traded me for but never called Me back at all. avoid this company... They don't care about the persons needs.thanks for a wheel chair so heavy we can't use... Fraudrant company!!

  • TMH is the light 29

    I have been going back and forth with this company for the past few weeks trying to get my son's nebulizer machine . It's to the point that my son's Dr's office had to step in to call on my behalf. No one knows what is going on everytime we call we get a different answer from a different staff. As if life isn't difficult enough they seem to just add the icing on the top to make things more difficult

    Im not sure why I cant talk to the local any longer but I plan to cancel services since dealing with the call center is not something I want to do. They refuse to transfer you to the local store.

    Adam Ratliff came and diagnosed the issue on my Moms jazzy chair within minutes! Explained the issue and let us know how to remedy the lock-out mode on the chair. Adam was extremely patient, gracious and I cannot say enough about his customer service! Would give him a 100-star rating if possible! Thank you!
