Dr Sim has been our family physician over 30 years. He is very professional and pleasant to speak to with my medical needs. He is an asset to the community of Havre De Grace , Maryland. Called them once. And they pick and choose their new patients. Doctors like this are ruining the world. Really sick people here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sim for years. He has a pleasant bedside manner, is personable and is attentive. Some of the previous front office staff used to be rude, namely Caroline. The new staff seem friendly and helpful. I used to wait days for prescriptions to be sent to the pharmacy, if sent at all, with Tracey. Charone is WAY more efficient and professional. She gets back to me same day, often within the hour! A few years ago I actually stopped going to this practice briefly due to not liking the interactions with the front office staff. I ended up returning because my new doctor, while wonderful like Dr. Sim, was overly booked since he was in high demand. I returned reluctantly but Im glad I did. Things have definitely changed. There is always appointment availability, my wait time (in the waiting room and once in a room) is always short and now I have nothing but excellent experiences with staff, techs and of course Dr. Sim!
