I wasn't able to catch the absolute sweet lady's name that helped me today on the phone trying to find an off site vaccine spot but just want to let her and everyone else know she was amazing and so helpful. I wish there were more people like her in the world!!!

I had an amazing time this weekend at the Recovery Picnic ( even though the chicken was all gone by the time I got there, lol ). I got to meet with my recovery friends and family, share in good food fun music and fellowship.

I normally would not complain about things but the way I was spoke to was kind of rude. Im trying to get health insurance for the first time on my own. Im 20 years old and dont necessarily know 100% what Im doing. I called yesterday stating my concerns and she told me someone else would get into contact with me. Okay today someone did and told me I wasnt eligible for the one which is completely fine and I already knew that. I did have some changes as well again just wanted to make sure I wasnt messing anything up. When I got the call back I explained once more and told them I had also changed a few things due to your cuts and she stated well did you tell the other woman that? Yes or no? No because I totally forgot. I hadnt done anything with my application since December. Then she states with the call volume we really dont have time to put you through 2 times and to give you another call back. I get it its busy but also thats everywhere, as someone who is just trying to do things on their own not really knowing for sure I find it really rude to be pushed off as if I do not matter. Please do better.

This is the worst place ever my daughter's appointment was at 10 a.m. an here it is after 12 p.m an she is still not out 2 flippen hours to get birth control pills an this it not the first time she has been here does these people think we have nothing else better to do then wait in a parking lot
