what happened friendlys? very disappointed - one small soft runny scoop of ice cream was over 5 dollars - butter brickle doesn't even have brickle in it anymore - boooo

The nostalgia of Friendly's is what brought me in with my kids. From their view they had no complaints. However as the one paying the bill. Service was not even 3 stars. Our server kept forgetting things and serving food took a very long time. The appetizer was forgotten and brought out once she realized it wasn't entered into the system. She was new and very young. However that said she should have had someone shadowing her. There were maybe 4 other tables sat at the time. It was obvious she was not familiar with the menu. The names, the sides or the desserts. I would not recommend this location.

Took 40 minutes for a smash burger that had more burger on the plate than on the bun. Burger tasted a bit off but just wanted to eat and leave by the time it got there and ended up having to pull over and vomit multiple times within minutes of leaving. Both my partner and I got sick. Mens bathroom was disgusting and the table we sat at was sticky. Waitress was very pushy about her tip despite sub par service and gave us a nasty look despite tipping 18% which was way more than they deserved based on the service. Restaurant had 2 other families at the time we were there and staff was just standing around doing nothing. Pretty sure the reason it took so long for our food was they straight forgot about us. Never been to a Friendlys before and will never go again.

For two people was $60. 2 sodas was $7 ,two soups was almost 20$ then a turkey club with fries and a steak and cheese melt was almost $32. Highly over priced.
