So unfortunately my sister was in tremendous pain from her wisdom tooth. Another doctor referred us here. Even though Dr. Bryant comes the operating room where I work to see patients. So basically I know him well. But my real issue is with the front desk staff. Not professional at all and they show an appearance of caring but lacks care and concern. As my sister went into office and talked to one of the front desk people. She was told they dont except your insurance. So we got up to leave. My sister again called the Doctor whom referred her to go back he will see you now. I get that everyone has a job but, dont speak for the surgeon. Anyway as my sister went back one of the front desk people the skinny brown skin lady with a pony tail. She comes out from seeing while my sister is in the back. Tells the pregnant lady this girl doesnt have any money to pay. She came in with no money. Then begins to laugh as well as the pregnant lady. The skinny lady (I dont know their names but it doesnt matter because anyway) says to pregnant lady how old is she. She says shes 45 and she the (skinny lady) 45 and she cant pay she dont have no money. Mean while this is an open conversation as others are waiting in the area. First off I was paying the bill not my sister. To belittle someone behind their back is disgusting and so unprofessional. I had to walk out to regain my composure. So I came back in and addressed the pregnant lady. I said you both are unprofessional and disrespectful. Of course she didnt know what I was talking about. Because she didnt know I was the sister of the person she was gossiping about. When I told her who my sister was she said oh no the other person was telling me. So basically she passed the buck to the skinny lady. Then I was called to consultation area because the pregnant told her again not in private but at the desk in the open. So I told her I heard everything she said and thats my sister you are talking about. Then says you misunderstood I was trying to do everything I could to help. Long story short after I told her she was lying she then wanted to go into a private area. Because there were patients that could hear the conversation. Unfortunately my sister did not get that same respect!!! So I told them I reported it to Dr. Bryant I paid what I owed which was only numbing and left. I will not support anyone who has staff that will laugh and make jokes about other people. It be your own kind that will belittle and disrespect their own. Sad!! Im sure nothing will happen internally but I felt it necessary to share.

Very good dr, and staff. They were very attentive, I have wait a little bit, but it was worth it. Thanks Dr. Bryant's office.
