Jason Z was on top of everything from start to finish. He listened to what I wanted and then produced my vision! He took care of our concerns immediately and went above and beyond!! We completely transformed the look of our house with a new roof/siding/ and windows! I would do it all over again with Jason and JK Exteriors!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!! This business needs a new sales guy! Josh may be punctual but he lacks in professionalism and understanding clients questions and concerns. He gave me the estimate and when I questioned it...he left and refused to go through it in detail! And just left my house! They have enough business already. Lol, so glad I didn't start construction and then find out they are awful! Thanks for saving me a headache of using your company Josh!

We engaged JK Exteriors when we needed a new roof. Found them from an ad they left on our doorknob a few weeks earlier. First time I've ever got a new roof and we were truly overjoyed with our salesman, Josh, and his team. What a pleasure to work with! Josh was totally up front about all aspects of getting a new roof and he coordinated with our insurance company flawlessly. The entire process went exactly as he described it would and the final prices was even a little less than we expected. Although I'm no expert in roofing, it was obvious that JK, as a standard, gave us more features and better materials than I think we would have gotten anyplace else. Seriously! Drip edge all around the house! Super-upgraded "felt" (actually a more advanced material) at no extra charge. He didn't try to sell us upgraded shingles and knew exactly what color was best for our home. From the day Josh first stopped by to talk until the job was finished was less than three weeks - I was afraid we'd be "on a list" and it might take several months for them to get to us. Not at all. The JK roofing team gave us a high-quality installation and there was literally no mess to clean up after they left. I hope this doesn't sound like an "ad" as I am sincerely grateful to Josh and JK for giving us a fantastic experience (which I was originally freaked out about before talking to JK). I strongly suggest you talk to Josh or his other salesman as I think once you do, you'll know who to hire. Thanks again Josh and team! Service: Roof installation
