The general manager Jessica is not a good one. She is a little mouthy and only gave me a 7 dollar refund I ordered custom books kindly explained to them how they needed to be done and when I went to pick them up they were incorrect. The pages had to moved around it was very wrong. They they re did them for me and made me wait an additional hour for them. I really needed them for a time sensitive meeting which I ended up late for and was told I could not receive a partial refund or a full refund. She only gave me back 7 dollars and I paid 96 for those books and it was only 2 books! 7 dollars for waiting an additional hour. I should have at least received half price because even when they re did them they were still incorrect and had to be redone a third time! Ridiculous! Terrible customer service and they have a terrible attitude ! Jessica should not be managing a store PERIOD !
