My family and I had the best salesman Michael!!! He was so helpful and explained everything to us!!! Thank you so much for helping us out, from getting a new phone to all of the accessories that go with it!!! Excellent customer service!!!

Unprofessional and rude employees. Spent over an hour in the store trying to have my problem resolved. When I inquired how much longer it would take since it was about an half hour after closing, they began yelling at me, told me they didn't have to help me and they had better things to do. I will never ever visit this store again and am considering cancelling my service.

Jacquelyn is an wonderful employee and she will spend as much time as needed to help her customers with her issue. she did not mind helping me with my issue and spent 2 hours until it was fixed. I would recommend any customer having any issues to go to the store and specifically as for Jacquelyn to help them and i am sure she would gladly do so just as she did to me.

Customer service person was not truthful as he did not complete a service request and stated that he did. The result was a charge to my account that the representative stated would not be charged. In addition, the same person sold a phone attachment that turned out not to be compatible with my phone.
