Very nice crew.
One of the best and nice health care worker. I called them very desperate my mom was coming home and I wasn't prepared. Obed was able to calm me down and sent someone to talk with me. Everything walked out great and they even picked up my mom from the nursing home. Thank you Obed, Thank you Comfort Keepers.

Comfort Keepers really came through for us when another service we hired a month in advance wasn't able to provide a caregiver at the last minute and we needed someone the next day. They had caregivers on staff to fill in right away. Their caregivers are great with our Dad, the agreement set up and payment is easy, and we have access to an online tool that includes notes on how each visit went. They are very responsive to phone calls/emails and worked hard to make a very stressful time a little less so. Highly recommend.

Fafavi, Obed are the worst ever. They steal money from the company and they owe so many employees money its crazy.
They can never pay their staff especially if an employee changes bank details they just out right refuse to pay employees for the time they worked.
They fabricate licenses and certificates for their employees to work at medical facilities just out of money greediness.
This entire organization is fraudulent and they are abusive to both the staff and clients.
Do not ever let your loved ones get any service from them and if u already have loved ones receiving services from them the. You need to withdraw your loved ones from their care services
And dont ever get employed in any way by them because I promise you will be working for free, they will yell at you over the phone and cuss you out and make a billion reasons why you wont be getting paid for work or services rendered to them!
They are the worst care services ever and did I mention that they are very abusive to their clients as well!

Absolute worst company.
I've worked in the healthcare field for more than 30 years (at the Federal level, re. healthcare policy and program management) and am shocked and dismayed at the basic substandard level of care provided by the employees of this company. If there was a zero rating - it would have been a ZERO.
The employees should undergo an intensive screening to confirm their level of healthcare management; commitment to properly taking care of a client versus collecting a paycheck; professional conduct (re. basic courtesy to the customer; not playing loud music, loud cell phone ringers, watching videos loudly on their phones, not putting chairs back -- to prevent a customer falling); employees understanding and completing their basic duties; treating the customers humanely and with consideration, and the company representative conducting onsite site visits (scheduled and unscheduled) to ensure employee compliance at customer homes.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location and any employee that works for them. The owner and their employees should be absolutely ashamed of how they've treated people - as they work in the healthcare field and should at the very least uphold basic healthcare standards.
