        On to the 4th challenge 6 week challenge, follow the instructions it works period. You supply grit and determination.  So far lost 80+ lbs. Looking forward to more gains and good health.

        I lost 20 Lbs, 3.5 inches off my waist and down a size with major knee problems in 6 weeks! I was really discouraged after two MCL/ACL tears in the past and struggling on my own. With this program the workouts were challenging and  accommodating and most importantly I could do them without getting reinjured.  Shout out to our trainer Tony, who kept us motivated! I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is ready to get fit and needs the guidance to get there. They provided a meal plan that was doable, the accountability that I needed and the people and enviorment was welcoming & helpful which is why I became a member!
