Tom is extremely good at providing tech help. In the past 4 years he's repaired my desktop PC, laptop and iPad and provided good advice on the phone about small problems. And he makes house calls! His rates are more than fair and he's very honest, trustworthy as well as skilled.

Tom has consistently helped both me and my mom with every problem on our computers, such as maintenance, finding viruses or bad things, using the computer more efficiently, and making it easy to find things and access all the information.
