EDITED TO SAY THAT AFTER SEEING MULTIPLE REVIEWS WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS US, SAVE YOUR FRUSTRATION AND ORDER ELSEWHERE! We have been ordering takeout from here a couple times a month for 10 years. Last night was the LAST time we will be ordering. I placed the order at 6:33pm(Delivery). The App said 45 mins. One hour later I gave them a call to check on the status of my order. The App showed Order Completed. So I frantically called thinking they delivered to the wrong address. The girl on the phone told me to leave my line open and someone will call me back! 5 minutes later a man calls me to inform me that my food was on the way. What was supposed to take 45 mins, took 90. Hoping that the food quality would make up for the lack of timeliness, we were immediately disappointed when we opened our containers. The sushi was inedible. The rice was crunchy and stale tasting. The sashimi all had a horrible smell. The shrimp tempura roll taste like they pulled the tempura straight from the freezer and rolled it into a roll. It was so disgusting! The chicken teriyaki ($15.95) was worse than a Lean Cuisine frozen meal. Super bland and the chicken was dry. After the poor service and nasty food, were done and will only order from SushiQ from now on.
