Had the wedding of our dreams on 10.10.2020 We booked it back in December 2019 and we were preparing ourselves to be ok with postponing due to covid. In July when event ban was lifted, we resumed planning and were able to keep our original date. Kayla was a great coordinator. Everything was exactly how we pictured - the colored uplighting, our cake, the tables - it was perfect and the staff was nice. There was plenty of staff to help. Nothing and I mean nothing went wrong! If I had to give any feedback, the only thing I would say is we felt that they were slow at times to respond to emails with questions about our event in the weeks and months leading up to it. I would recommend Michaels 8th for weddings, b day party, special events. We had a great time and I couldn't be happier with how our reception went.

Poor experience...months of poor customer service (weeks would go by before returning calls & emails) Venue could not keep up with the communication when it did happen...everyone just seemed confused.

The food was pretty good, the staff was fantastic and the venue overall is beautiful. Parking is not good at all, if there was more parking available it was not clearly marked
