Great Seneca KinderCare

I was very nervous about handing my 3 month old to strangers when it was time for me to go back to work, but the Great Seneca Kindercare came highly recommended by my best friend whose son has been attending for about 1.5 years now. I am very glad I listened. Ms. Rhonda Crawford the infant caretaker has taken excellent care of My kid for 3 months now. She’s been there for 22 years and you can tell she loves her job and loves taking care of the babies. She gives me very detailed daily updates and El is always in good mood when I pick her up. Thank you Rhonda!!! I would also like to add that Ms. Missy and Ms. Gladys who help out, are also wonderful caretakers.

This Center has been wonderful for my children! We've had them here for a year now and all of the teachers have been very caring and supportive of their growth, development, and education. Should there ever be an issue or accident, someone is always quick to take action, let me know, and document the incident, which gives me ease of mind.

My two toddlers have been coming here since they were 4 months old. Ms. Gladys, Ms. Leslie, Ms. Alysha, Ms. Maria, Ms. Amadeu, Ms. Missy, Ms. Ani, Ms. Wu... (sorry can’t remember all the teachers and especially the new ones) are amazing. They are so sweet and all good people. The teacher turn over rate is high but the center always finds replacement in a timely manner and surprisingly my kids get used to the new teachers right away so we never had an issue with the high turnover rate. I think KinderCare as a company needs to pay the teachers more! They deserve it and we pay pretty high tuition so where is all the money going?! Please take care of your teachers so they have longer tenure at the center. The Center Director is always there to answer your question. I visited other Daycare centers including other KinderCare locations recently since we are moving to a new town. I have to say that the cleanliness of this center is pretty up there compare to other places. They clean their classrooms every evening and they sanitize everything when there is some kind of an “outbreak”. My kids are always learning things and bringing home cute art projects. They are very entertained at the center and I can tell by the look on their faces when I pick them up at the end of the day. Added bonus is that they provide lunch and snacks. Yes, sometimes the veggies are from the cans, some things are processed, and sometimes too much sweets but ... I will take this over packing lunches and snacks for daycare for two toddlers every day. Great Seneca KinderCare is definitely our partner in raising our kids. So thank you for all your support for the past 2.5 years and we will miss you!
