Gave them 1 star more than they deserve. Going on day 3 can't call phone keeps ringing or rerouting the call automatically. All I want is a prescription re-filled. Please fine another medical location. The Germantown location all the doctors are gone, they have a few PA's. I use to like this office. Even before COVID there was a high turnover of MDs. Dr. Lyons I miss her! She was there for a short while. Patience for at least 10 years or more. Again I use to love this office, but it's time to go. Good luck people.

I’m not sure about all these negative reviews! My experience with this practice is quite different from those posted. I’ve been a patient at this practice for ten years and my care has always been high quality, coupled with compassion and kindness. Ignore this complaining about nothing and give them a chance!

This place is THE WORST OFFICE you can ever think of coming to. No one ever answers the phone in a timely fashion., If you're lucky, they'll answer after you've been on hold for at least 30 mins and gone through 10 different automated prompts. There's so much more I can say about this place but the point is, don't waste your time. There are plenty of other practices who actually care about you as a patient.

I have been using this office for many many years. A lot of things have changed probably due to the way the healthcare system works. One thing I would like to see improve is when I am given a prescription to see a specialist, if they could call me with the results like they care. When I have to call over and over and over to get the results of blood work or sonogram tests and colonoscopy, it’s Doesn’t feel like they care. A five or ten -minute phone call goes a long way.
