Very bad experience with this store. Very rude salesmanship and no flexibility on dates. Owner/operator did not show up or call me to take measurments for flooring on the date he was suppose to show as agreed. Which if he did, would have been doing business with a lot of projects in the future. If he is not going to do his part for my money, he will not be getting any of my business in the future.

My husband Nd I have had a great experience with Carpet and Rugs Unlimited, Inc. We went in looking for runners and had what we needed picked out at a very economical price in minutes. The runners were ready in only a few days....even sooner than promised. Ara was knowledgeable and helpful. He did not try to push us into something we could not afford. We will be returning for more flooring choices as we refurb our home.

The person that I spoke with on the phone was VERY rude. Stated that I needed to come into the store to get prices, because the prices were so competitive. I called 5 other flooring stores and were given the prices. He then asked for the prices I received and then started arguing with me when I said that I did not want give him the prices that I had already received. I wanted his price before I disclosed what I had received from other locations. I will not be doing business with this company based on the RUDE salesman!!!!

I went with my fiancee to this store due to a co-worker's recommendation. We were greeted by Ara and he was very friendly and helped us picked what type of carpet that suited our needs the most. He got us a pretty deal and discount from the referral. On the day of the installation the guys he sent were very professional and the job was nicely done. My only complaint is that wasn't much flexibility on the installation time.
