        Beautiful place, great caregivers but Incredibly rude front desk associate. Extremely unprofessional and nasty. Not someone that should be in the healthcare or with the elderly at all. Truly tarnishes the rest of the amazing employees.

        Steve has been so helpful and amazing from the first time I have inquired about Autumn Lake Waugh Chapel. He has been my point of contact and I couldnt have been happier. I have felt safe and confident since having met Steve here and have felt in good, no GREAT hands knowing Steve is taking great care and responsibility of this facility!

        Well over all we are satisfied, however Sue is there for PT and OT, I do think that part is lacking big time! Would greatly appreciate a concerted effort to address this matter as soon as possible. I would like my to come home sooner than later.
