Scheduling the opening was painless and efficient. Caitlin was pleasant, responsive and very accommodating. Abner, the service technician, arrived on time, was cordial and professional and very respectful of the property. After discussing a potential issue with the system wiring, Abner charged the system and began testing. As each zone was brought online, and finding no evidence of a problem, he identified sprinkler heads in need of cleaning and adjustment and addressed each accordingly. I've been a customer of TLC for many years and continue to find them professional, responsive and very focused on the customer and their satisfaction. With no hesitation I would recommend them for your lawn irrigation needs as they continue to meet and exceed my expectations.

TLC was highly recommended by several people I talked to. I called and scheduled an appointment for a quote. I wanted to move 2 sprinkler heads and installing 1 additional sprinkler. The technician can out with in two days. The technician was very friendly and made some suggestions. The CSR sent me a quote in email the very next day. I scheduled my appointment for one week later. Same technician came out and completed the work. Very fast and very professional. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Overall my experience was very positive with TLCs drainage installation project. The Project Manager Drew was very prompt at returning my call and visiting the property to evaluate drainage patterns, draw up a plan which he did onsite and provide an estimate. The project was scheduled for the following week. The installation took 3 days and the lead Forman Rudy was very knowledgeable and professional. There was heavy rain right after the job was done and everything worked as planned. I am very satisfied with the results. The only reason I did not provide a five star rating is that Project Manager Drew was not present when the crew arrived. Rudy had some questions and we were able to call Drew and the questions were answered. Drew did stop by after the call. Im sure they are busy but in my experience homeowners are a bit apprehensive undertaking these big projects and having the planner and foreman meet with the owner beforehand to overview the project sure goes a long way towards everybody being on the same page and making the owner more comfortable.
