Very nice and great with my kids! I had to take my daughter to them for an extraction. A great staff and awesome Dr. Paryavi made a possible stressful visit into a "no big deal". I am transferring my kids to her service for all their dental needs. I'm driving from Baltimore to Frederick because they are very knowledgeable in pediatric dentistry and they are so nice.

Wonderful dentist for my little one. Free WiFi, apple tv to keep her distracted, friendly staff, and perfect dentist. Can't recommend this place enough.

I used to think this is a great dental office for our kid with special needs. The seems good to the kids and know how to handle kids very well. But recently, I see the quality of office staffs start to decline to the point that I feel uncomfortable to go back to that office any more. First, the office staffs seems not as friendly as it used to be. Not sure if they changed the staffs. The staff who does the scheduling seems pushy, impatient and annoying. Ok. What really turns us away and decide to look for other dental office is this: The X-ray showing our kid has cavity in 5 teeth. One is deep to the edge of the nerve that they recommend doing root canal. They recommends induce gas to put the kid into sleep and then do the root canal and two fillings. Sure enough, sounds a good plan. The first appointment is scheduled to be the office at 9am. As our kid is diagnosis with hypoglycemia that his body will break down if no sugar or food supplied too long and will even put him in danger. We had mentioned that in caution and hope that his procedure can be done as soon as possible after almost 8 hours of no food and no drinking. It is a big challenge on our kid but we try hard to keep up. But the staffs don't seem to be care or coming up with a plan to accommodate with the particular challenge. We arrive at office 9:06, and it won't start until 2 and half hour later, longer then what we expected. The worse part is coming. The gas induced did not put our kid in sleep, that we were told to hold our kid hands tight and dad even had to sit on the top of him to retrain him as she is going to use needle injection to numb the area while he is still awake. They only wait about one or two minutes then start to pull his tooth out even I mentioned it might takes longer to totally numb. I had my tooth pulled out before and my dentist wait for at least 5 minutes to make sure I don't feel anything before they work on it. So you can image what a disaster! We were not informed that his tooth will be pulled out while he is awake. We were told the gas will be used to knock him out so no struggling and pain. Our kid is devastated, distraught and fought very hard . He was screaming in pain. 4 adults tried to subdue him, with one adult weights 200 pounds on the top of his legs. It is a nightmare and I am totally in shock, tried to hold back the tears. They could have better communication with us so we can make a better decision if we would have known that the procedure will be done without putting the kid in sleep. We were told that gas will be induced to put him sleep and everything will be find. I used to like this dental office a lot and recommend it to my friends. but after this awful experience, I decide to write a review so people will be aware. We have decided to go for another dental office that can handle the situation more professionally.
