Have been waiting more than a month for a CPAC machine. They don't return calls, fail to show up for appointments and blame my doctor and medicare for their failure to deliver. My physician, who has also been making calls to Lincare on my behalf, tells me they were the low bidder and one of only two Medicare authorized providers of CPAC machines in my area. If your need for equipment is critical, look elsewhere. The incompetency of this company jeopardizes the health of patients unable to obtain the equipment they need. In my experience, Lincare's delays are deliberate and their customer services could not be worse.
