One Nation Moving

The actual movers were great but the front office is not understanding! Very rude! I ended up having to pay 3x my quote! They told me everything had to be wrapped in their special wrapping and charged about 20 dollars for everything they wrapped. I felt like I was being scammed. Also they charge by the hour and drag their feet! They ride around town with your belongings on their way to the second destination to add time.

Find another place, honestly. I did not have a great experience for the following reasons: - I had remind the owner or associate Edva twice that she misspelled the start and finish destinations incorrectly. - the drivers stalled to make the move longer. In fact, I drove to the location I was moving to and beat them by 15 minutes without speeding. - ridiculous add on pricing. In the paperwork it says that they would not load items on the truck if it’s not properly packaged but don’t specify what is the correct way. The moving staff excessively taped my boxes and charged me for 5 rolls of tape which came out to be $125. - they tried to add stipulations to the move that weren’t outlined in the contract. - they dinged up my walls, bannister, broke a piece off my dresser, and dented my desk. - they went through my drawers. - they stood over me while I was completing the satisfied survey. - they tried to charge me an extra hour. When I asked them to call Edva, she had an attitude the whole time. I expressed my dissatisfaction and didn’t even get an apology. Use someone else. Services: In-county removals, Local removals

Actual cost of move was twice the estimated quote. They taped laundry baskets together to increase cost. Claimed we had more stuff than declared on inventory. Stay away from this company horrible service.
