Is it possible to give a 0 star rating?? DO NOT LEASE OR BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Incompetent staff, who after 5.5 hrs of negotiation managed to make multiple mistakes on my lease (good thing my husband and I read the whole thing before signing) and ended up spot delivering my car- this is illegal by the way. I get a call 1 week after signing the lease/driving the car that the bank will not finance the lease with the selected lease end protection plan I purchased- they're telling me to come in and re-sign the lease without the protection plan. Hmm, seemed fishy to me. Under MD law, the dealership has 4 business days to notify you of this in writing, but they contacted me via phone on the 6th business day. I did NOT go in and re-sign and we contacted the Consumer Protection division of the Maryland State Attorney General's Office to file a complaint of their violation of the 2017 Maryland Code Transportation Title 15 - Vehicle Laws -- Licensing of Businesses and Occupations Subtitle 3 - Dealers § 15-311.3. Dealer financing or leasing agreements. LONG STORY short- we ended up returning the vehicle because their bank did not finance the lease (to be clear, this was NOT due to my outstanding credit score and pre-approval they assured me of in the dealership). Do not do business with these people. They knew they were in the wrong, and I'm sure the Attorney General's office will get justice for any one else this dealership has inconvenienced and lied to.
