We love the school and Master Kim, very friendly, supportive atmosphere, convenient class times and ability to grow at your own pace. My son is loving the place and keep asking to continue. Best decision ever.

My kids (now ages 7 and 9) have been learning under Master Kims instruction for over a year now, and we have been thrilled with the experience. There are so many classes to choose from for busy schedules - open every day except Sundays - and we are thankful for the consistency weve come to expect. Master Kim runs classes professionally and with clear intent, leading with patience and respect for every student. Its not easy to command the attention of each class which can range from 4 year olds on up to adults, but he does it with poise and calm. He sprinkles in some lightheartedness and humor when appropriate, but never strays from teaching discipline! My kids are stronger in mind and body thanks to Korean Martial Arts. Their confidence has grown as has their endurance. Im grateful to have found this studio and I think Master Kim is a wonderful role model for the kids.

We started our son at Korean Martial Arts in January 2021 when he was 5 years old. We were looking for an extra-curricular activity that would introduce a structured learning format as he has been homeschooling due to the pandemic.
Master Kim is extremely patient but also very serious. He teaches students ranging from 4 years old all the way though adult.. He teaches respect towards him, the classroom, and toward other classmates. Master Kim also incourages the students to have fun while learning a healthy sport.
We have seen and unbelievable change in our son. The structured class has increased our son listening skills. Each level of Taekwondo is marked by a formal exam night and a new colored belt. Achieving new belts has boosted our sons confidence. It is very interesting to see older kids treat our son as an equal because they are at the same level belt.
The school also has an optional sparing team. Master Kim oversees that each student fights safely and respectfully. Students are paired according to their size age,and ability. The sparing class let's the students put their techniques into physical practice.
We highly recommend Korean Martial Arts with Master Kim. Healthy, safe, fun, and educational.
