Seems all they wanted was to come in and get everything for free , and not even leave a tip .I agree that to come in and get the mother and sisters hair and nails done , turn around and take all the memroabilia that you had put out for Bill, and then not even offer to pay  ,or tip , was down right rude. Then to turn around  ,and ask for the color number for her hair . Then go to some one , and somewhere else that they did not have to pay . Bill would be appauled . But Betty's greed never ceases . Tina's attitude of "WHAT EVER" is pare for the course. We now all see that Bill 's sugar coating of the family was just that sugar coating of there nastiness,( which after 25 yrs ,I already knew ) Again , I am sorry to hear of your closing , and wish you great things in the future, what ever it is ,and hope all goes well for all there .I know this is What Bill would have wanted . As one of your customers said , Bill is rolling in his grave at that family's actions . But then again towards the end of his life , he began to see how they truly were. Fact is they drove him faster to his death with no care for his well being . Just what he could do for them . The brother could not  ,and is not concerned with looking after the mother .
