Long Design Build

The owner, Keith, was very professional and helpful with our recently completed project for an in-law suite addition. The biggest advantage I think we had from working with him over other options were his superb design ideas and recommendations to provide us with options that would work within our budget. Additionally, we had a difficult corner lot where he had to work creatively to maximize our use of space within the building setback distances. Our project did take a little longer than originally anticipated, but it was mostly due to availability issues caused by COVID-19. There were no major items that required re-work, and any small quality issues we pointed out were taken care of without any further discussion. Keith is not the cheapest option out there, but I have no doubt that we saved countless headaches and change-orders by working through him via a design-build style contract. You may agree to a slightly higher price up front, but it saves you in the end over going with a lowest bid contractor. After it's all said and done, I would definitely work with him again if we have any other major renovations on our house. Service: Remodelling

Keith Long is creative and pays attention to the kind of details that make a difference in a big project. The process is collaborative and he is very willing to make changes and adjustments throughout the design phase until the plan is right. His people are careful and clean up well afterwards. I am very happy with my kitchen.

Keith did a great job on our living room renovation, which included intensive masonry work to expand our window openings. His team did high quality work, on time and on budget - and they made sure all the details and finishing touches were just right.

Keith and his crew did an amazing job on my kitchen renovation. We could not have been happier. They are very professional and easy to work with. The crew arrived everyday on time and made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of every work day. I absolutely recommend them!
