This is a good dialysis center to attend the staff is great i been there since day one

Customer service at this location is seriously lacking, at least in the lady I dealt with was extremely rude to my Grandmother and I. My Grandmother was confused as to when her appointment time was, as they had been taking her early every time she showed up; so naturally she assumed her appointment time was set to an earlier time than what it was. When she showed up and was not seen around the normal time (time she was used to rather) .. she was curious, so I asked the administrator what the situation was, in hopes she could give us some insight as to what was going on so we could make sure her rides were properly scheduled. First of all... the lady sitting behind the desk, wouldn’t even step up to the glass window let alone get up from behind her desk to speak to me... like a respectful human being would... she was trying to yell at me across a reception room through a sliding glass window about how we were wrong and that she TOLD my Grandmother what it was. So, I then tried to explain to her that obviously it was not made clear to my Grandmother what was going on and I simply wanted someone to clarify to her what was going to happen in the future. She clearly didn’t want to talk to me or clarify what was supposed to be happening and sent the head admin to speak with us. The whole thing was unnecessary and rude. It’s bad enough to have to be going through dialysis... so the small things like customer service MATTER. I am actively trying to get her moved to the Germantown location as I read things are run better there.
