Helpful and accommodating staff.
Company policy on mattresses AWFUL.
48 hours to decide if bed satisfactory otherwise all kinds of fees to return.
Even with expanding mattresses that state takes up to 72 hours; then ready to sleep on.
Really; 48 hours!!??

Sad place, I went into the Sephora when the sales women were sitting in the customer makeup chairs telling a woman they could help her with her color. Meanwhile they were looking on the mirror at themselves. They giggled and said "yea we don't have color dark enough." One of them ask me if needed help as looked at them appalled. I grab my wipes and proceeded to check out, when the lady said yea our machines are down. I told her that I wanted my points she said I could call for them or go to another mall. I told her I was familiar with the area. I told her want my points but may forget to call blank look later she was like yea another is 15 min away and that was it.

Feb 2019:
Edisa in the jewelry department was phenomenal! I took two watches in to have the batteries changed, and one needed a link removed. She was able to help me with them, and she was extremely kind and friendly. I was amazed by the great value and outstanding customer service I received. If you're going to JCP for jewelry, ask for Edisa. You won't be disappointed!

Got some unbelievable deals in the home department. The customer service was amazing. Two women and a man from the online orders department went out of their way to help me. It was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. Will definitely go back.
