I visited here first time and experience was awesome.. And later service provided for charge quote vs actual have lot more differences. I am not sure how these people doesn’t know the actual cost . Sometime they have charged those services which is not allowed at all by my dental insurance while in estimate, they have shared $9 will be charged and in actual, is $45. This has been charged 4 times. Similar way, other services also charged. If this way they worked then you should prepare for your out of pocket expenses. Just double check your monthly estimate if planning to visit. Now they are known @Muddy branch dental group. #BEWARE

Had the worst kind of experience at the front desk- was grumpy and did not smile even once, she must be having a very bad day, should have taken the day off!!

Dr. Hwang is amazing! Thorough, professional, compassionate and passionate. He even put on jazz music after I mentioned it would be nice to have. Go now and be sure to refer all your family & friends. He is awesome.

This office billed me for services that did not occur. I tried contacting them multiple times for 2 months and the customer service said they would reach out to me and let this office know. After 2 months I FINALLY spoke to their front desk manager who stated she would remove the codes and take care of this. Today i received ANOTHER statement claiming we owe again and that it is 90 days overdue and i haven’t been there in 2 YEARS! Of course I call multiple times to speak with someone and to no avail i can’t get a hold of them and again customer service tells me that they will let the office know and reach out to me. This is why I don’t go there anymore. Poor service, management and communication. At first I really liked it and my family and i would drive 45 mins to go to them. But as soon as I stopped now we have all these problems. Never again!
