While I did like the quality of the service I received, the office is a complete mess.
To start, the office promised but failed to submit a pre-auth and I had to reschedule the appointment and request a new pre-auth.
When rescheduling, the new time slot was shorter than the original, and I had to schedule one more appointment.
The insurance found one of the procedures (irrigation) unnecessary and declined to pay, but the office did not inform me about this and the procedure was performed. Later multiple sources confirmed that irrigation is considered to ne not effective in the industry. The bill: almost $200 or their random fee for 3 mins of work, minimal supplies.
To top it off, like others have noticed, the staff is rude and unprofessional.

If I could give it a 0-star rating, that's exactly what it would be. I underwent a deep cleaning procedure, and subsequent to that, Dr. Alyssa M. Dierkes advised me to schedule a follow-up check. Prior to confirming the appointment, I inquired at the front desk about potential charges for this follow-up, and I was assured that there would be no cost incurred. Unfortunately, after the follow-up check, I was informed that it was categorized as a re-evaluation, resulting in a charge of $45.
Furthermore, there is a consistent practice of requiring upfront payment, even for services covered by insurance. The office staff, particularly the financial personnel, exhibited a notable lack of courtesy. Given these experiences, I would not recommend this dental facility, especially if there are alternative options available.

I am in awe of the amount of care I receive from Dr. Boquel and his staff. I have severe TMJ and working on my teeth is a real challenge. Dr. Boquel is compassionate and considerate, making certain Im comfortable. His work on my implants and extractions is perfection. I have had a lot of experience with periodontal work and no one has ever come close to the work of Dr. Boquel. Additionally, his staff is conscientious and very knowledgeable, warm and supportive. I highly recommend this practice.
