V.eye.P. eyecare

This is the worst clinic I have ever been!!! The manager kept saying "if you are late for more than 15 min, we have to reschedule you", but I was there at 10:11. The first sentence he said to me when I entered was not "how are you", but "we will probably have to reschedule you". No basic respect and humanism! I tried to make him understand I was within 15 min. But he just ignored and kept arguing he needs to make sure the next patient is on time until this next patient eventually showed up after 15 min. The most unprofessional thing he said was: "okay, the doctor maybe can see you. But she's gonna guessing. " Does this mean, in the past whenever they behind schedule, their doctor was guessing for patient's eye prescription?? This violates the ethics of health provider! When I made the appointment, they didn't mention anything about being there in advance to fill paperwork. And this guy said "I assume you would know it". OMG! This is the first time I'm hearing a place didn't do their responsibility and blame their patient for not making assumption. This is ridiculous! Some clinics build in the paperwork time into their appt time. How would I know if they didn't clarify? Plus, it's really hard to predict traffic in this area. This guy didn't show any empathy. I drove all the way here just because they are listed a premier provider in VSP. But they are not worth of it at all! I highly doubt if I were not a tiny, Asian girl, would he treat me the same way as he did?!

Dr. Raja was amazing and Michael helped me pick out the perfect frames! Glasses came in quickly - 10 or 11 days with a holiday and two weekends thrown in there. 12/10 recommend!

I will start of by saying I rarely write any reviews, but the service at V.Eye.P Eyecare was over amazing, from the moment they picked up there phone to accommodate my emergency eye visit to Dr.Raja being attentive throughout the process. Thank you so much!
