I cannot overstate how thrilled I am with my services from Ivete's. The attention to detail, the caring and effort that is put into everything they do is simply amazing. It is the details that matter and I am so very appreciative. My only regret is that I did not discover them sooner! They are amazing and have a client for life as far as I am concerned.

After many years of being satisfied by the cleaning service, the quality has gone downhill and, while Ivete is quick to communicate with you about your concerns, action to address the problems were not being done (at least not to where the issues stopped). Additionally, there were incidents where minor damage was done to our home, and I was disappointed that the response from Ivete was always to deny that her workers could have done it (gouge in hardwood floor, toe molding pulled away from wall) even though nobody else was in the home to do it. In both cases I wasn't looking for any reimbursement, rather a commitment to train better but instead I got excuses. The cleaning team was consistently 2 hours late and often interferes with dinner time or other activities that we struggled to work around - very inconvenient. The only reason I have this service two stars is to honor the years that I was satisfied before the company took a turn.

Ivete's Cleaning does a great job in our home. They've been with us now for over a year and they're always accommodating and extremely easy to work with. The prices are great too, compared to other companies. Their work is outstanding and attention to detail is fantastic as well.

I was at first very pleased with how responsive Ivete was upon me reaching out to her. During the labour day weekend, my mother and I decided it would make a lot of sense to hire a cleaning service to help after throwing a large party. We needed someone to be there during the party - towards the end - to manage the space and then do the wrap up cleaning at the end of the night. I'll start by saying Ivete was great in accommodating us on a short notice (just two days before the even we reached out to her!) and arranged for someone (which turned out to be herself and one other gentleman) to handle the cleanup.Unfortunately my mother spent another 1.5hrs cleaning up after Ivete and the gentleman left, which after paying $350 for essentially two hours of work was ridiculous to me. They left crumbs on the floor and the upholstery which had to be dealt with. They were pretty efficient in putting away the food, but when you can't trust that someone has properly wiped down services/cleaned, I don't know what the point is in hiring them. I would be wary and have someone closely supervise the cleanup if you do go with this service. I won't be in the future though.
