Criswell FIAT

Bad service, unprofessional people. They return our car with several scratches and didn't want take any responsibility for them. When we open the door of car, a piece of the interior was lying on the seat since someone forgot to place it back in its place: shabby and careless.

They were so nice! I came in for my appointment and they got it squared away and fixed something else while they were at it. They went above and beyond for me and everyone was so friendly

Told me I could get my Fiat worked on, arrived 30 minutes later to be told that isnt possible. Awesome service, truly. Never coming back, will never recommend.

I purchased a 2015 Fiat 500c Abarth from Criswell in December of 2016. I just hit 50k miles on my car and brought it in for service at my local dealer. Dealer calls back and says I am out of warranty. I said I have a 60k mile warranty, gave them the number. Turns out Criswell sold me some BS "warranty" program with a company out of Ohio. I thought I was getting a MOPAR extended warranty. I already had a MOPAR Warranty for 50k miles, so essentially I paid $1,800 for a 10,000 mile warranty. I would not have purchased had I know that. The car is amazing. I am the president of FIAT Club America NJ chapter. I intend to own the car for many years to come. Criswell can rot in hell. As an aside, my dealer rep called Criswell, talked to people who were "very rude", and gave her a number for the "warranty" company that was actually a number for a spam lotto hotline.
