The personnel were very Professional and gave a 15 percent discount for tires that were still within the warranty period. I will definitely take my car there again.

I usually went to this place for oil change and other car repair works. Today(07/11/19) the front desk personnel just look at my name and replied "we don't do you car within 6 hrs,we have lots of appointment". To begin with,He didn't want to hear why I was there for. However,the manager offered me to do my car in 45 minutes but i wasn't comfortable to give them my car and I left their facility. There is no wonder if sears continue losing money and close its stores because of such rude employees

this place is horrible and needs to hire more people. they have the same people who are working on cars, answering the phone. i had a 4:00 appointment and didn’t leave until 7 which is when they close. for an oil change. the waiting room is very dirty. customer service sucks. there’s no welcome or “we will be right with you” everyone does what they’re doing until you speak up. good prices but don’t go unless you have a morning appointment. even then it may be an issue. I also had a coupon that they said i couldn’t use or get the discount because it’s “wrong online”. ok. maybe you should fix that.
