        KTL has been a great vendor to work with in consulting on our financial reports, installing a new reporting tool, and creating multiple reports for us in our new program. We are also using them for training. They have been great at communicating and the techs assigned have been knowledgeable with all aspects of IT that they helped us with.

        Successful CRM implementation - KTL helped our small company implement the Microsoft cloud-based CRM 365 solution. We have been live on the solution for four months. The consultants leading the project and doing the work were all very professional and well-versed in the technology as well as business processes. They gave us solid recommendations throughout the project. KTL also delivered the project on schedule. I would use KTL again - in fact, we are going to work on our ERP solution with them next!
