I called this company 4 months ago. Took them about 2 weeks to come and and take a look at my septic problem. My system has a Bad line. It needs repaired ASAP. They told me it would be about 2-3 weeks before they could come out. Like everyones summer we are busy so I would lose track of time and I would call them every few weeks and they kept saying they are coming and would call me with an actual date. 4 months now and they still havent showed up. Just called them this week and the office assured me they would call me back the same afternoon. Dont count on this company. The secretary is really nice but has no power or say so. The owner just tells you what you want to hear and they go to the higher more important jobs first and leave the little jobs for last. Call someone else.
