        Super easy process! Literally the moment I finished setting up my account online, a rep named Alex called to make sure everything was finalized and be sure I wasnt left with any questions. They even went as far as to pre-open a lock for us (that plastic packaging!!) and leave it in our new unit for us. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices to boot!

        So far its been a pleasant experience, had an issue with my bank info stolen and Alex was very understanding as my payment was delayed because of it! He showed the human side of a business understanding things happen and willing to work with me! The Unit I rented is clean and great location as well. Thank you Alex!
