This company gets no stars. My daughter ordered a $1300 water slide to be delivered at 3:00 on August 28, 2021. No one called or showed up. We had 20+ disappointed children. We tried getting a hold of the Frederick office to no avail. My daughter had Daelyn's cell number and started calling her at 3:15, again, with no answer. She finally got in touch with her today and Daelyn, instead of calling her, did a disrespectful back and forth text with no apology. Bad, bad business. So if you want disappointed children, this is the place to call, oh, that's if you can get a hold of someone. I'd recommend using Astro, they answer their phones and deliver per contract agreement. Unfortunately, they had all their water slides rented out for the day, otherwise, we'd of had a great day . Debby

Really awesome place. Great communication throughout, drop off and pick up guys were friendly, and the fam had a blast with the water slide. Highly recommend.

I've rented from Backyard Inflatables MANY times and can't say enough about them. Everyone I've dealt with has always gone above and beyond to make sure my events go off without a hitch. They are reasonably priced, have great quality products and everyone always has SO much fun on the inflatables (definitely try out the inflatable slip and slide!). I needed to switch the timing and/or date of my events a couple of times due to the pandemic, etc. and the office staff was always so helpful and understanding. Highly recommend!

We did a combo bounce house/slide for my daughter's birthday party and I can't say enough good things about the experience. We'd originally scheduled for the Fall, but with the spike in COVID cases, we had to cancel our initial plans. Backyard Inflatables was more than willing to work with us to reschedule, and when our event finally occurred, the staff was so friendly. Highly recommend!
