I have been using this company for nearly three years now, and am continually impressed by their reliability, responsiveness, and attention to detail. My lawn is mowed every week without fail, even if weather prevents their coming on the scheduled day. The few (very minor) issues have been resolved immediately and to my complete satisfaction. The attention to detail has been amazing - my lawn isn't even very big, but looks fantastic every time.

We live in a townhouse with a approximately 700 sq. foot lawn, and they charged $65 to cut that. In case you were unaware, our lawn has enough grass to feed a cow for a day. $65 for that??!! Anyways, we talked to the manager and said if they could trim some plants in our backyard as well. Our backyard is made of cobblestones and has no grass, just a few overgrown bushes. She said yes. When they came (the lawn maintenance people) they were unaware that they were supposed to trim the bushes as well, so they had to leave and get the equipment and come back. Then they trimmed a few plants and left the big overgrown bushes untrimmed. This was disappointing! Anyways, overall they did a good job, I just wish customer service was better!
