So far we have had an extraordinary experience with Danielle Leonard's State Farm Office. Heather has been helping us get acclimated in setting up several different policies. She has been amazing - very responsive, kind, and patient to help us understand all of the moving parts. These qualities are so important in an insurance agency and we feel very lucky. Danielle Leonard, State Farm Insurance, and in particular Melissa in that office, have provided me with 5 star, off the charts outstanding service, information, and professional, compassionate service during a very difficult, multi-stage, cross country relocation. I cannot say enough good things about Melissa's skill, professionalism, and humanism. She welcomed me as a new customer in this stressful, covid 19 time and never hesitated in her commitment to providing guidance and insurance coverage for a difficult more.
