        Staff are completely not helpful . The care my mother received enabled her to go from being there for a brief rehab stay to needing 24 hour specialised care-simple requests to look into issues were ignored or diminished and ended up having stage 4 pressure ulcers and acceleration of gangrene-the stay has cost her her independence. We really need to start demanding better oversight and accountability in these places-everyone knows that they are deplorable but after a loved one dies I suppose grieving family members just want to move on.
