I came to Dr. Russell almost a year ago, after a decade long struggle with chronic EPV and Hashimotos disease. I was frustrated and feeling like I was running out of options. Today I have renewed hope that my future holds a full and active life filled with peaceful contentment. My journey is not over but thanks to her breadth of knowledge, thoughtful supportive care and most importantly, gift of intuition, I am on the road to recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Russell to anyone seeking a partner in their wellness journey but particularly for those who have looked to traditional medicine for answers and have not found what they need.

Dr. Amison is amazing! She is very thorough with following up and asking tons of probe questions to get all the information she needs to better assist. She she such a lovely person and I would always recommend her services!

I came to Dr. Russell with gut issues. I wanted someone to find the root cause of my problems instead of treating symptoms. She ordered different tests and labs and was able to find the problem. She treated my condition with different supplements, educated me on proper nutrition, and spent time talking to me about my goals and plan. I love how I am able to email her questions directly through the patient portal. She gets back to me very quickly, within 1 to 2 business days. Dr. Russell is a lovely person to work with. She listens, never makes me feel rushed, and truly cares. I highly recommend her and wish I would have come to her a lot sooner. I am feeling so much better since seeing Dr. Russell!

I can not express the great health service I have received and continue receiving from Dr. Russell. I went from being an active, independent person to an individual who could not even get out of bed without assistance from family. All of my healthcare providers could only recommend surgery that might help with no 100% guarantee. Not to mention that the recommendations were not surgeries I wanted. After just a couple of months with Dr. Russell. I was gaining strength, moving, and feeling not 100% percent but much better by comparison. The journey was not easy as I had to change a lot of things that I was used to; overall, it was the best decision I ever made. Today, after 1 year of service, I am back to being independent about all my needs and still working to get to 100%.

Since first seeing Dr. Russell over a year ago I can honestly say that my overall health has improved tremendously! My main goals were to reduce my asthma flare ups, allergy symptoms and increase energy throughout the day. I appreciate Dr. Russell's "team" approach to a treatment plan and that she helped me set small goals each visit so it didn't seem like I had to do a complete 180 all at once. We really focused on gut health and eliminating foods that my body couldn't tolerate. I remember her asking me at one visit how my headaches were (I used to get several a week) and I just looked shocked and said I couldn't remember the last time I had one. That was a HUGE wake-up call to how complacent I had gotten with feeling bad. I am pleased to say that I haven't had a single flare up in my asthma the past year and my allergies are definitely getting less severe. I also noticed I no longer had that bloated feeling/look to my midsection which is always a win!
