MINORITIES BEWARE!!!!! This office/company does not like minorities so if you are one they wonâ€™t communicate with you or provide excellent customer service. I never received feedback as a First Time home buyer about the process and what to expect at closing. Closing time was changed and RGS never communicated that to me. I received communication more from the sellerâ€™s Agent than I did from my own realtor or RGS. Itâ€™s amazing once the see your ID or you in person how their customer service change. Both the buyer and seller are minorities and we both received poor customer service. Iâ€™m paying for a service and Iâ€™ll let you know know if Iâ€™ll get sued anytime soon because RGS didnâ€™t title search like theyâ€™re supposed to. Itâ€™s nothing new that minorities arenâ€™t protected and our hard earned money doesnâ€™t matter to them.
