I knew what the issue was with my vehicle, just needed them to fix it, they diagnosed it as something else entirely (which was wrong) and tried to charge me 5x markup on the parts they thought it needed. Still charged me for the false diagnosis too. Pretty condescending attitude too as I described the issue to them.

I'd like to leave this company a review not because I used their service, but because one of their employees paid for my coffee in the Dunkin Donuts drive-thru, and would just like to thank the gentleman. Says a lot about the company!

I had my windshield replaced here and they were great, excellent communication and the price was pretty good too.

They took my car the day after I called, finished it on time, and vacuumed up remains of the old, broken glass very thoroughly. They were organized, friendly, and easy to talk with.

After waiting a week and a half for safelight to repair a window they showed up with the wrong size glass. I called classic and within 24 hours my window was fixed. Melissa was so kind. She supported me with making the insurance claim. The replacement was done quickly and the cost was more affordable than other companies. I highly recommend this business!
