Go to Dental care of Alexandria instead , its not that far. At Swan Creek they treat you well based on how long you have known them. I have had probably the least professional experience here than from any dental/medical facility so far. Im currently on my braces journey here , and due to a new job I have been unable to come in with consistency as I usually am for my routine visit. Dr .Bhatia essentially begins to complain that due to my inability to come in it leaves more work for him (understandable) However, he proceeded to tell me I need to tell my job im going to come in late . As if he is going to front my rent, and expenses in life if I do so. Also Im the one with the metal in my mouth, if there is anyone who wants it over with, its me . Professionally you can state your concerns with what my delay may cause without the extra commentary. Also I missed an appointment, again due to my new job $50 is the fee, which I understand as I signed the agreement its on my I forgot to cancel. But I can help but recall on several occasions they ask that I be there 15 minutes early to my appointment, or when I come in on time and have had to on occasions wait an hour to be seen for my scheduled appointment. If you are looking for a service , then do what you have to do coming here. However, Dont expect professionalism .The front desk is , but thats about where it stops.

Dr. Bhatia is very patient and very knowledgeable. I've used him for a year now and my experiences have been more than favorable. The staff is very respectful ,friendly and attentive. Dr. Bhatia has quite a few patients; but you would never know it because he give's you his undivided attention and he addresses all your dental concerns. I'd definitely recommend Dr.Bhatia if you need cleaning, filling, root canal, or implant!
7/17/19. Dr. Bhatia is still great and front desk staff is awesome and friendly. I scheduled for an overdue cleaning and came in for that. The questionnaire asked if anything was going on with teeth today and I mentioned a bottom lower tooth. Dr. Chardray tried to find where the pain was coming from with no success to find my problem tooth. I was then told by her "I don't have time to do your cleaning". I insisted I had scheduled a cleaning and I was just mentioning a tooth was bothering me per the questionnaire. After a few minutes she agreed to "clean my teeth". My teeth do not feel as smooth or clean as past visits. It felt like a very rushed cleaning. Unfortunately I was told Dr. Bhatia doesn't do cleanings just her. Now I have to look for a new dentist for cleaning :-(

Been coming here to see Dr. Bhatia for 8 years and finally leaving a well deserved positive review. A friend recommended me this office and he was in his late 30's at the time - he said he's been coming here since he was a child! And yet it's still the same quality of service as it is today. I can't imagine being in another dental office and I hope Dr. Bhatia keeps doing what he does for more years to come!

I went here because I broke my two front teeth and they got me in super quick for an emergency appointment. I went in and they got me back rather quickly and he examined me and let me know I needed two root canals that we could do it the next morning. I went in super nervous and him and his wife talked me through it and let me no I had no reason to be nervous. He gave me the shots and got to work. He answered any questions I had very respectfully and in a manner I would understand. He did great work on the root canals and in a timely manner as well, and he built up material enough to where it looks like I have real teeth until I get caps. Overall the experience was amazing the office was super clean the staff was super friendly I would highly recommend using this office for your dental needs.
