        Shady Oak my not be the "place to be" but it's the place to be for the upper Marlboro, district heights, forestville area. Erica the bartender is friendly and makes the best drinks. You'll find many locals and regulars. They have a juke box, a couple pool tables and tables for customers. For the area it's a nice chill spot to hang out at.

        I have come to really enjoy this place as Cheers. People know each other and even as a new patron you are made to feel comfortable. Top shelf liquor available but wine is of lower brand
